Kettlebell Training
A kettlebell is one of the most basic and simple workout tools you can lay your hands on for regular exercise. It is just a simple cannonball shaped solid ball of iron with a much lighter handle attached at one end for manoeuvring it.
This unique shape makes it an off-balance instrument that is much more difficult to control and use as compared to other typical workout tools you will see at most gyms. Being off-centre, you are compelled to use your all the muscles of your entire body; something you don’t usually do when training with other equipments.

The Kettlebell Squat and High Pull
This combination workout of squat and high pull is a wonderfully effective functional workout that vastly improves the way lift heave objects from a sitting position.
The workout connects your lower body and upper body, the stabilizing muscles on both your left and right side and also strengthens your hips, legs, arms and shoulders. That’s a lot you get from a single workout that really works in easing your movements while making you stronger so that you can avoid injuries while standing up carrying heavy loads in your daily life.
The Kettlebell Single-leg Deadlift
This is one of the most challenging functional exercises that should definitely be a part of your regular kettlebell courses Lebanon. The workout requires you to perform it while standing on one leg with the other leg positioned backward for support. You then need to hinge at the hips and lower the kettlebell till it touches the ground. You then need to return to the initial position going through the entire movement backward.
Understandably, such a workout greatly improves your stability which is so important in your daily movements. Moreover, since this is an asymmetrical workout, i.e. you hold the kettlebell to one side of the body your core needs to work harder in order to provide for more stability. Regular practice helps improve stability throughout your entire body as you go through a diverse range of motions while using only one side of your body.
The Kettlebell Renegade Rows
The renegade rows are a group of functional workouts that has multiple variations. It’s a fun way of adding functional training to your fitness routine as you can do this exercise in different ways to make the drill more challenging.
Renegade rows target all the weak points of your body both in terms of strength and stability like no other workout. They incorporate the movement of planks, target cross patterns across different planes, correct your posture, make your shoulders more firm and improve strength and stamina throughout the entire body.
So if you want to improve both fitness and functionality you should regularly do some variation of renegade row in each session of your Lebanon kettlebell certification.
